Most saved trip data, documents, expense information, and deterministic planning work locally. Live place search, route requests, provider photos, AI features, and cloud synchronization need connectivity. Shared edits queue locally and CloudKit catches up after reconnection.

The trip owner enables collaboration and presents Apple’s sharing screen. CloudKit stores the shared trip in the owner’s iCloud account and CKShare controls participants and permissions. SharePlay sends immediate versioned edits during an active session. CloudKit remains authoritative for offline, late, or disconnected participants.

Confirm that both devices are online, signed in to iCloud, and still have access to the CKShare. SharePlay improves live delivery but is not required. Open TripFlow Itinerary and allow CloudKit to catch up. If the owner removed access, the participant cannot receive later changes.

TripFlow Itinerary is local-first. Saved trips, documents, and expenses are held in the app’s private App Group container. API keys and passport numbers use Keychain. Only trips whose owner explicitly enables collaboration are copied to Apple CloudKit. TripFlow Itinerary has no developer-operated account or trip-data server.

Apple Maps is the default. A Google Maps Platform key you provide can be used for the selected Places, Maps, Routes, and photo features, which may use your Google quota or billing. A Gemini key you provide enables optional place enrichment and smart planning. Failures fall back to Apple or TripFlow Itinerary’s deterministic planner. Remove a key in Settings to stop future requests.

New App Store customers beginning with TripFlow Itinerary 6.5.0 receive 14 days automatically from Apple’s verified original download date. No subscription starts and no charge is made. Updating or reinstalling does not restart the period. A paid purchase made during it begins immediately. Existing customers whose original build is TripFlow Itinerary 6.4.9 or earlier keep permanent access.

The Israel reference prices are ₪39 per month and ₪199.90 per year. Apple displays the actual price, currency, tax, and availability for your storefront before confirmation. Neither plan adds another introductory trial.

Use Restore Purchases on the TripFlow Itinerary Premium screen while signed in to the Apple Account used for purchase. Manage an active plan from TripFlow Itinerary Settings or Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal.

Apple handles subscription billing and refund eligibility. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The app presents the Premium screen and the Share Extension prevents new writes. TripFlow Itinerary does not automatically delete saved trip data. Restoring or starting a verified subscription re-enables access.

Do not rely on the app for an urgent travel decision. Verify tickets, departure times, visas, safety guidance, accessibility, opening hours, and routes with official sources. In a report, describe the area and planning rule without sending sensitive trip documents or provider keys.
