By using TripFlow Itinerary, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement for App Store apps. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
TripFlow Itinerary helps store travel information and produce suggested schedules, routes, maps, exports, and expense estimates. Features may change and optional third-party functions require connectivity, compatible Apple services, and in some cases your own provider account and API key.
Customers whose verified original iOS build is 550 or earlier (TripFlow Itinerary 6.4.9 or earlier) retain permanent access. New App Store customers beginning with build 551 (TripFlow Itinerary 6.5.0) receive 14 days of full access automatically from Apple’s verified original download date. No subscription starts and no charge is made for that period. Updating or reinstalling does not restart it.
Afterward, full app access and Share Extension writes require TripFlow Itinerary Premium. The Israel reference prices are ₪39 per month and ₪199.90 per year; Apple shows and charges the price, currency, tax, and availability for your storefront. A purchase made during the automatic period starts paid access immediately. Neither product includes another introductory trial.
Payment is charged by Apple when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through your App Store account. Apple controls billing, renewal, offer-code eligibility, cancellation, and refund decisions under its terms. Cancellation normally leaves access available through the verified end of the paid period. When access ends, TripFlow Itinerary does not automatically delete saved local data.
Schedules, AI output, travel times, opening hours, routes, map points, flights, hotels, weather considerations, and place details are estimates or third-party information and can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Verify bookings, tickets, visas, passport requirements, safety advice, accessibility, opening hours, local rules, and departure times with official sources. TripFlow Itinerary is not an emergency, booking, navigation-safety, or professional advisory service.
When the owner enables collaboration, the owner authorizes TripFlow Itinerary to place the selected trip and documents in that owner’s Apple CloudKit account and to give invited participants the selected CKShare permissions. Read-write participants can change or delete shared content, including offline; changes may merge after reconnection. SharePlay improves live delivery but does not guarantee immediate delivery, participant identity, availability, or conflict-free human decisions.
Invite only people you trust, review permissions, coordinate changes with booking consequences, and keep independent copies of important documents. Removing access cannot recall information a participant already received.
Apple, Google, Gemini, the Bank of Israel, websites, browsers, and navigation apps have their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for your accounts, API keys, quotas, fees, billing restrictions, and permitted use. Supplying a key does not grant commercial, redistribution, scraping, or storage rights beyond the provider’s terms.
If you provide a Google Maps Platform key and select Google, you authorize TripFlow Itinerary to use it for selected Maps, Places, Places UI Kit, photo, Routes, and small capability-check requests. Google, not TripFlow Itinerary, meters those requests and determines pricing under its current service terms, SKUs, account, territory, credits, discounts, and taxes.
Search, details, photos, reviews, maps, display routes, planning, recalculation, validation, and bounded retries can consume quota or create charges. You are responsible for your Google Cloud project, billing account, key and API restrictions, invoices, monitoring, and charges, including unauthorized use to the extent assigned by Google’s terms and applicable law. TripFlow Itinerary does not receive Google fees, promise free use, enforce a spending cap, or control price changes. Apple fallback cannot cancel a request or charge already made.
Gemini place enrichment and planning are optional suggestions, not verified facts. Review every draft, priority, schedule, opening-hour suggestion, meal, route, and omission reason before saving or relying on it. Provider opening hours remain distinct from AI suggestions. A Gemini failure uses the built-in deterministic planner but does not guarantee a feasible or optimal itinerary.
Expense totals, currency conversions, installment schedules, paid status, and remaining balances are personal planning estimates. Bank of Israel rates can be delayed, unavailable, rounded, or different from the rate, fee, tax, or settlement amount charged by a bank, card issuer, merchant, or network. TripFlow Itinerary does not initiate or monitor payments and is not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
You retain responsibility for information and documents you store, scan, paste, import, collaborate on, or export. You confirm that you may use and share them and that they do not violate law or another person’s rights. Review export options and recipients. Keep independent copies of tickets, vouchers, passports, and records you are required to retain. Deletion can remove related local documents and propagate through an enabled CloudKit share.
Do not misuse TripFlow Itinerary or third-party services, bypass provider limits, interfere with the app, submit unlawful or harmful material, expose another person’s sensitive data without authority, or use information in a way that violates law, provider terms, or others’ rights.
To the extent permitted by law, TripFlow Itinerary is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that a route is optimal, collaboration is conflict-free, a service remains available, or data is never lost. Liability is not excluded where applicable law does not allow exclusion.
These terms and the privacy policy may change with features, providers, or legal requirements. The effective date will be updated, and material changes should be presented before taking effect where required. For support or legal questions, email [email protected].

לוחות זמנים, פלט AI, זמני נסיעה, שעות פעילות, מסלולים, נקודות מפה, טיסות, מלונות, שיקולי מזג אוויר ופרטי מקומות הם הערכות או מידע מצד שלישי ועלולים להיות חלקיים, מאוחרים או שגויים. יש לאמת הזמנות, כרטיסים, אשרות, דרישות דרכון, בטיחות, נגישות, שעות, כללים מקומיים וזמני יציאה מול מקורות רשמיים. TripFlow Itinerary אינה שירות חירום, הזמנות, בטיחות ניווט או ייעוץ מקצועי.
כאשר הבעלים מפעיל שיתוף, הוא מאשר ל־TripFlow Itinerary לשמור את הטיול והמסמכים שנבחרו בחשבון Apple CloudKit שלו ולהעניק למוזמנים הרשאות CKShare שנבחרו. בעלי הרשאת כתיבה יכולים לשנות או למחוק תוכן, גם ללא חיבור; שינויים עשויים להתמזג לאחר החיבור. אם תספקו מפתח Google ותבחרו Google, אתם מאשרים ל־TripFlow Itinerary להשתמש בו עבור בקשות Maps, Places, Places UI Kit, תמונות, Routes ובדיקות יכולת קטנות. Google, ולא TripFlow Itinerary, מודדת בקשות וקובעת מחיר לפי תנאי השירות, SKU, החשבון, האזור, זיכויים, הנחות ומסים.
חיפוש, פרטים, תמונות, ביקורות, מפות, מסלולי תצוגה, תכנון, חישוב מחדש, אימות וניסיונות חוזרים עשויים לצרוך מכסה או ליצור חיוב. האחריות לפרויקט Google Cloud, לחשבון החיוב, להגבלות, לחשבוניות, לניטור ולחיובים היא שלכם, לרבות שימוש לא מורשה במידה שקובעים תנאי Google והדין. TripFlow Itinerary אינה מקבלת תשלומי Google, מבטיחה שימוש חינם, אוכפת תקרת הוצאה או שולטת במחירים. מעבר ל־Apple אינו מבטל בקשה או חיוב שכבר בוצעו.
העשרת מקומות ותכנון Gemini הם הצעות אופציונליות ולא עובדות מאומתות. יש לבדוק כל טיוטה, עדיפות, תזמון, הצעת שעות, ארוחה, מסלול וסיבת השמטה לפני שמירה או הסתמכות. שעות ספק נשארות נפרדות מהצעות AI. כשל Gemini עובר למתכנן המובנה אך אינו מבטיח מסלול אפשרי או מיטבי.
סיכומי הוצאות, המרות, תשלומים, מצב ששולם ויתרה הם הערכות לתכנון אישי. שערי בנק ישראל עשויים להיות מאוחרים, חסרים, מעוגלים או שונים מהשער, העמלה, המס או החיוב בפועל. TripFlow Itinerary אינה יוזמת או מנטרת תשלומים ואינה ייעוץ פיננסי, חשבונאי, מס או משפטי.
האחריות למידע ולמסמכים שנשמרו, נסרקו, הודבקו, יובאו, שותפו או יוצאו היא שלכם. עליכם לוודא שמותר להשתמש ולשתף ושאין הפרת דין או זכויות. בדקו אפשרויות ייצוא ונמענים. שמרו עותקים של כרטיסים, שוברים, דרכונים ורשומות שחובה לשמור. מחיקה יכולה להסיר מסמכים מקומיים ולהסתנכרן דרך שיתוף CloudKit פעיל.
אין לעשות שימוש לרעה ב־TripFlow Itinerary או בספקים, לעקוף מגבלות, להפריע לאפליקציה, להזין חומר בלתי חוקי או מזיק, לחשוף מידע רגיש של אחר ללא סמכות או לפעול בניגוד לדין, לתנאי ספק או לזכויות אחרים.
במידה שהדין מאפשר, TripFlow Itinerary מסופקת ״כמות שהיא״ ו״לפי זמינות״, ללא הבטחה שמסלול מיטבי, ששיתוף נטול סתירות, ששירות יישאר זמין או שמידע לעולם לא יאבד. אין החרגת אחריות במקום שבו הדין אינו מתיר זאת.
