Bank of Israel representative rates and calculated totals are provided for convenience only. They are not a transaction quote, financial advice, or a guarantee. Banks, card issuers, and other providers may use different rates and charge fees.
You are responsible for expense information and attachments you choose to store, scan, paste, share into the app, import, or export. Synced data is stored under your Apple iCloud account when available. An exported expense-list archive can contain all details and attachment files in that list; you choose where to send or save it and are responsible for the recipients and copies you create. Import creates a separate copy with new identifiers, and deleting an exported archive does not delete an imported list.
Attachment files are visible in the app's Files and iCloud Drive folders and can be moved or deleted there. Doing so may make an attachment unavailable inside the app and synchronize that change. Confirmed manual deletion of an expense or list is destructive, includes its related extras and attachment files, and may synchronize to your other devices.
New expenses in lists without dates enable optional automatic deletion by default. Unless you turn it off, using the app after the final payment reaches the configured debit date deletes that expense, its extras, and attachments without another confirmation. Adding dates to the list cancels that automatic deletion setting. Keep independent copies of important invoices and vouchers. Do not use the app as the only archive for records you are legally required to retain.
Rate downloads on iPhone depend on the Bank of Israel public API. Apple Watch may use a rate snapshot synchronized from the connected iPhone or contact that API directly over its available network connection. Data synchronization depends on Apple iCloud and the user's account settings. Their availability, results, connectivity, and terms are outside the developer's control.
Customers who first download version 2.0.0 or later receive full access automatically for seven days without starting a subscription. The app uses Apple's verified original app-download date and version to determine eligibility and when the free access ends. Existing customers who update or reinstall do not receive a new free week.
Afterward, customers can choose an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription; neither plan includes an introductory trial. At this effective date, the Israel storefront prices are ₪9.90 per month and ₪89.90 per year; prices and taxes may differ by storefront. Customers can view and purchase either plan from the About screen before the free week ends. Eligible customers may also redeem an Apple offer code under the duration and renewal terms Apple displays before confirmation.
A subscription begins when you confirm it with Apple and renews automatically at the selected price shown by the App Store unless canceled before renewal. A canceled subscription remains available until its expiration date. Apple manages offer eligibility, code redemption, billing, cancellation, and refunds.
Customers whose original app version is 1.5.3 or earlier retain the permanent access already promised to them. When free or paid access expires, app functionality is locked but saved data is not automatically deleted.
The iPhone and Apple Watch apps may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. If the Bank of Israel API is no longer available, a future version may disable conversion on both devices. Existing mixed-currency lists will remain readable using only their saved historical rates but will not accept new expenses or extras; single-currency lists will remain available. Offline data and background or widget updates depend on saved data, network access, available storage, and iOS or watchOS scheduling.
Review amounts, currencies, dates, conversions, attachments, exported archive contents, intended recipients, and detected QR codes or barcodes before relying on, importing, or sharing them. Code detection may be incomplete or incorrect when a document is low quality, protected, damaged, or uses an unsupported format; keep the original attachment available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without a promise that every result will be complete or error-free.
Material changes will be reflected here and in the terms shown in the app, with an updated effective date.

אפליקציות ה־iPhone וה־Apple Watch עשויות להתעדכן, להשתנות, להיפסק זמנית או להיסגר. אם ה־API של בנק ישראל לא יהיה זמין עוד, גרסה עתידית עשויה להשבית המרות בשני המכשירים. רשימות קיימות במטבעות שונים יישארו קריאות באמצעות השערים ההיסטוריים שכבר נשמרו בהן, אך לא יהיה ניתן להוסיף להן הוצאות או הוצאות משנה חדשות; רשימות במטבע יחיד ימשיכו לפעול. מידע אופליין ועדכוני רקע או וידג׳ט תלויים במידע שנשמר, בחיבור לרשת, במקום פנוי ובתזמון של iOS או watchOS.
